Humphrey K. Muchuma brings over two decades of leadership experience in the IT sector, including global operations and strategic roles across East Africa, India, and the Caribbean. He previously served as Regional Director and Head of International Operations at Sama Source, and led business development and operational quality teams at organisations like iSON Xperiences, Essar Telecom, and Horizon Contact Centres.

This rich international experience paved the way for him to found INUA AI, where he now serves as Founder and CEO. His organisation is anchored in a powerful mission: to empower young people with digital skills and opportunities through AI-driven training and remote work.

Who is Humphrey Muchuma?

Vision and Global Inspiration

The seeds for INUA AI were planted during a transformative trip to the United States, where Humphrey attended a conference and met stakeholders in the digital education space. That experience inspired him to develop IT hubs and resource centres where Kenyan youth can engage with AI, digital platforms, and innovative career paths.

Impact & Recognition

Under his leadership, INUA AI has launched initiatives that train street children, orphans, and vulnerable youth in digital skills, pairing them with mentorship and pathways to sustainable employment. His impact extends further: he currently sponsors 80 students pursuing technology-related studies, providing tuition, digital devices, and mentorship to position them for success.

Looking to expand access even further, INUA AI plans to establish 10 digital centres nationwide, creating local hubs for tech training and employment. His commitment earned him the African Leadership Tourism Award for entrepreneurship and innovation.
